Nottinghamshire’s Under 18s defeated Durham and Derbyshire in the Under-18s T20 County Cup at York.
Josh Beer spearheaded a seven-wicket success over Durham at Clifton Alliance, hammering 65 from 37 balls as Notts cruised to their target with 20 balls to spare.
Durham had been restricted to 156/9 from their 20 overs, with Mihir Patel claiming 3/17.

A nine-run win over the Falcons was led by 78 from captain Beer, elevating Notts to 165/8 in a contest reduced to 18 overs per side.
Beer went on to claim two wickets in the run chase as Derbyshire were dismissed for 156 with one ball to spare.
