Trent Bridge Tickets App

Supporters are now able to securely store, transfer and receive tickets for any event at Trent Bridge through the new Trent Bridge Tickets app, available on Apple and Android platforms.

The new app acts as a digital wallet for match and event tickets at our historic home, allowing users to store their tickets within the app itself - removing the need for paper tickets or to save copies as pdfs to devices.

The QR code for each ticket will become available 24 hours before the event, reducing risks associated with counterfeit tickets.

Supporters will also be able to transfer tickets directly to friends and family, or to receive tickets from their fellow attendees, at the touch of a button.

You can also choose to receive either e-tickets, to be downloaded or printed at home, or paper tickets.

You can gain entry to Trent Bridge using the following gates:

Kindly note that all times are subject to change, while there is a provision for an additional 30 minutes to make up for any time lost.

If insufficient play is possible on Sunday 20 September, the following day (Monday 21 September) has been designated as a reserve day.

You will notice on your arrival that our Pavilion redevelopment is still ongoing. While our Pavilion seating is now available for Nottinghamshire members to take in the action from, the building itself remains out of use as the development continues.

Hospitality boxes on the West Wing of the Radcliffe Road Stand are now reserved solely for the use of players and match officials, having been converted into dressing rooms and facilities for support staff. Players will enter the field of play from the Radcliffe Road End of the ground.

Notts member-only seating is situated in the Pavilion. If you are seated in this area please take extra care not to leave your seat when players are bowling from the Pavilion end. 

Discounted drinks are available to Notts members in the Clubhouse, located in the Derek Randall Suite on the first floor of the Hound Road Stand, upon production of a valid membership card. Food will also be available to purchase, including bacon cobs in the morning, hot food at lunch and afternoon tea in the afternoon.

Kindly note the Clubhouse is open to all visitors during this fixture.

The Clubhouse

Located in the Derek Randall Suite, The Clubhouse contains two bars serving alcoholic, soft and hot drinks, ice cream and a range of food offerings.

The Clubhouse offers an indoor vantage point from which to take in the action, while TVs will be showing Sky Sports' broadcast of the game.

Barrel & Bean

Situated in the TBI Courtyard, Barrel & Bean serves hot drinks, alcoholic beverages, snacks and ice cream, with hot pies available from midday.

The Cricketers’ Suite

Located on the first floor of the Radcliffe Road Stand, the Cricketers’ Suite serves hot meals, and afternoon tea at the Tea interval - as well as sandwiches throughout the day. Hot and cold drinks, and alcoholic beverages, are also available.

Keeton’s Corner

Located to the rear of the large replay screen, Keeton’s Corner serves hot drinks, snacks, ice creams and alcoholic beverages.

Bringing your own food and drink

Spectators will be permitted to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drink. However, supporters are not permitted to bring alcohol into Trent Bridge, or any food / drink in glass bottles.

Recycling your beer cups

Delivered in conjunction with One Planet One Chance — the UK's only carbon-neutral reusable cup solution — supporters will be able to assist Trent Bridge's efforts to become increasingly environmentally friendly with each drink they purchase.

An extra £1 charged on your first drink of the day will cover the cost of washing their cup for re-use, while you will receive a fresh eco-cup at no extra cost when returning your cup to make a new drinks purchase.

By dropping your cup into a deposit bin at the end of your visit, you will play a significant part in helping Trent Bridge to reduce plastic waste by ensuring cups can be re-used on future matchdays.

Water dispensers

Water dispensing facilities will be available around the ground if you wish to use your own refillable water bottles.

Public Wi-Fi is available throughout Trent Bridge, which you are very welcome to use at your leisure.

Simply connect to _Trent Bridge Free Wi-Fi from the available list of wireless networks and follow the sign-in or login instructions.

For souvenirs, replica shirts, bats, balls and training wear, our Club Shop is located at the rear of the Radcliffe Road Stand, near to the reception entrance on the ground floor.

The Club Shop will be open throughout the fixture.

Scorecards will be available from our Club Shops, priced at £1.

The Wynne-Thomas Library

All spectators are very welcome to visit the Wynne-Thomas Library and explore the thousands of books on the shelves, read the latest cricket magazines and chat to other visitors. Current members of NCCC are also welcome to borrow many of the books, including some titles that have recently been added.

Apart from the Sobers tribute display there is also some information about the current project to refurbish and extend the historic Pavilion, and details about how supporters can help to restore the portrait of Mordecai Sherwin, a former NCCC captain and wicket keeper who was born 175 years ago. Proceeds from the sale of second-hand cricket books and of the recently-published 'View from the Bridge – Nottinghamshire Cricket 2000-25 will also go towards the Sherwin Portrait Appeal Fund.

Visitors to the mezzanine level can also enjoy ‘Trent Bridge – A Cricketing Cathedral’, a magnificent stained-glass window created and donated by local artist Michael Brown.

Situated behind the Ticket Office, the Wynne-Thomas Library is open from 1:30 to 3:30 pm.

Heritage displays

Displays about the major women’s cricket matches played at Trent Bridge since 1939 and about Eileen White – a great pioneer of the women’s game – are in the corridor near the Ticket Office.

Information panels about Sir Richard Hadlee can be seen on the ground floor of the Radcliffe Road stand, in the waiting areas named after this giant of the game.

The 2025 County Championship pennant is also displayed in the western stairwell of the Radcliffe Road stand, between the ground and first floors.

Kindly note that there is on-going roadworks taking place by Nottinghamshire Sports Ground, this will remain open as usual. 

Car parking

Car parking at Bridge Field has now sold out. 

While limited on-street parking may be available, we are aware of unauthorized individuals collecting cash for parking in the area. Please be advised that these individuals are not affiliated with Trent Bridge.

Travelling by tram

The Queens Walk and Meadows Embankment tram stops are located around a 20-minute walk from the ground, with the route from the Meadows Embankment stop proceeding along a pleasant stretch of the River Trent. Alternatively, a stop at Nottingham Train Station can be found just a 20-minute walk away.

The most convenient tram park & ride site for the A453 can be found at Clifton South (17-minute tram travel time), while parking is also available at Toton Lane (31-minute tram travel time).

Travelling by bus

Regular bus travel is available to the ground, with bus stops situated on Bridgford Road and Radcliffe Road.

Travelling by train

Nottingham Station can be found a 20-minute walk from the ground, with public transport and taxis available to convey you to your destination.

Please note that journeys on Sunday 20 September may be affected by planned engineering works. To plan your journey, please visit the National Rail Enquiries website.

Taxis

A taxi rank can be found 200 yards from the ground on Bridgford Road, adjacent to the large West Bridgford Co-op. If you need to call for a taxi, some of our local operators include: DG Cars 0115 950 0500, Royal Cabs 0115 9608 608, Trent Cars 0115 950 5050 and Yellow Cars 0115 981 8181.

Travelling by bicycle

Supporters planning to take their bikes to Trent Bridge are welcome to chain their bikes to the fence on the Bridge Field Car Park on Bridgford Road. Please bring a chain to secure your bike.

Bike parking will be available from two hours before scheduled start times until an hour after close of play. Kindly note that bikes are not allowed inside the ground for this fixture.

Toilet facilities will be open and signposted around the ground, with stewards on hand to guide you to your nearest facility.

A mobile toilet facility (Mobiloo), which includes an adult hoist and changing bench, is available to use and can be found in the Acrisure stand concourse.

Kindly note that access to accessible toilets is available via a Radar key, which can be collected from our stewards or volunteers.

Baby changing facilities are available in the William Clarke Stand ladies' toilets, the Bridgford Road Stand toilets, the Hound Road ladies' toilets, in the Radcliffe Road Stand (on the concourse, beside Radcliffe Road reception, on the East wing of the first floor), in the Acrisure Stand, and in the accessible toilet to the rear of the Acrisure Stand. Please feel free to ask any volunteer or steward for directions.

Our Little Legends Feeding Space is a designated private baby feeding room and is available for families to use in the Radcliffe Road Stand on level 0, next to reception. This space includes baby change accessories, a comfortable feeding chair, microwave, calming projector and TV showing the match.  If you'd like to use our room just speak to one of our friendly team at the Radcliffe Road Reception. 

A limited number of Trent Bridge sensory bags will be available to borrow for the duration of the match, which can be collected from the Radcliffe Road Reception or the ticket office.

Bags will include some of the following items: kids-sized ear defenders, binoculars, fidget items and a set of emotion cards. Please ensure you return the bag and its items at the end of the game for others to enjoy.

A quiet room is also available next to the Radcliffe Road Reception for those families with a neurodiverse youngster that need a place to retreat for a little while.

First Aid facilities will be available at the rear of the Radcliffe Road and Bridgford Road Stands.

Wheelchair viewing positions are available in front of the Bridgford Road Stand, Hound Road Stand and Larwood & Voce Stand, as well as the Hound Road Upper, Radcliffe Road Lower and Middle tiers and the top of the Bridgford Road Stand. You'll also find electric wheelchair charging points at the top of the Bridgford Road Stand.

Please feel free to ask your nearest steward, or volunteers wearing blue, if you have any questions regarding our accessible facilities around the ground, as they'll be delighted to assist you.

If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle to pray, a multi-faith room is available on site on the ground floor of the Ticket Office building. Please report to the ticket office if you wish to use the facility.

Prayer mats are provided, with guests welcome to bring their own religious items if they wish to use these whilst praying.

At Trent Bridge, we expect everyone to be courteous to their fellow spectators and that all those in attendance conduct themselves with a level of decorum befitting of the resplendent surroundings.

Kindly, therefore, be sure to regulate your alcohol intake accordingly — and help others within your party do the same.

We also request that you refrain from visiting our venue whilst clothed in inappropriate fancy dress outfits that are liable to cause offence to children and young families.

If you are aware of or witness discrimination or abusive language at any level of cricket in Nottinghamshire, including matches at Trent Bridge, we urge you to report it to us during your time with us so that we can take appropriate action.

You are most welcome to exit the venue during the course of your visit to explore the surrounding area. Please be sure to check in with a steward as you leave in order to be permitted re-entry. 

If you wish to leave the ground, you must have their ticket scanned at the gate as you leave, otherwise you will not be able to be scanned to re-enter the ground later.

Our stewards will be on hand to ensure you are safe and secure throughout your day at Trent Bridge and should be your first port of call if you see anything that you may consider dangerous or suspicious.

We ask that you travel light and bring only essential items. Bags are best left at home although we do allow small ones through the gates. Your bags will be searched upon entry, so please arrive in good time.

Members of our friendly team will be available in the Ticket Office to resolve any issues you may encounter, and will be contactable throughout at questions@trentbridge.co.uk or 0115 899 0300.

Designated smoking areas are assigned in various concourse areas, but smoking (including e-cigarettes) is only permitted in these areas, so please refrain from smoking in your seat.

If, for the day for which the ticket is valid (where the date of the match has changed this means the new date of the match), play does not take place OR play is restricted, you will be entitled to a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being: (a) non admittance of spectators OR zero to 15 overs played and no result is obtained - a full refund; (b) 15.1 overs to 30 overs played and no result is obtained - a 50% refund.  In no other circumstances can money be refunded. 

Please note that, in the event that the final is not completed on the scheduled day, there is a reserve day (the following day).

In this event, your ticket will be valid for entry on the reserve day, or you will still be entitled to claim a proportion of your match ticket as a refund, as follows:

    If zero to 15 overs are played and no result is obtained on the scheduled day: a full refund
    If 15.1 overs to 30 overs and no result is obtained on the scheduled day: a 50% refund
    If 30.1 overs or more are played and no result is obtained on the scheduled day: no refund

In respect of tickets purchased in advance for the day on which this ticket is valid, the refund process will be commenced automatically by Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club to the original purchaser only. Any refunds will be processed either by refunding to the debit or credit card used to make the purchase or by BACS payment.

This brand new room within the Radcliffe Road Stand on level 0, next to reception, is available for those with sensory processing needs (especially for our younger visitors), that need a quiet calm place to retreat away from the pyros, music and cheering crowds.
