New Director of Women’s Cricket Alex O’Dowd sat down for his first interview since arriving at Trent Bridge.

In a wide-ranging chat, former Auckland captain O’Dowd discussed his existing connections with Nottingham and his admiration for Trent Bridge.

He went on to chat about his experience in high-performance environments, his aspirations for the women’s programme, and his excitement to take on the role.

O’Dowd also touched upon the importance of building strong connections between himself and the squad, and his belief in results following on naturally from that.
