Fergus O’Neill reflected on a productive opening day for Nottinghamshire at Utilita Bowl, as his four wickets helped the visitors reduce Hampshire to 152-6 at stumps.

With the day being frequently interrupted by the weather, O’Neill shared insights into his preparation and techniques to manage the delays and time off the field.

He also spoke of the thrill of bowling in tandem with speedsters Josh Tongue and Olly Stone, and touched on the enjoyment of winning a personal battle with countryman Jake Lehmann.
