In the first of an ongoing series during the final straight towards the 2026 season, Head Coach Peter Moores discussed his role in preparations for the summer.
Moores talked of the interpersonal relationships between and within his staff and the squad, and the importance of players being allowed to set their own standards.
He touched on how progress is measured during a long off-season, and discussed the challenges involved when much of the preparations have to be largely done indoors.
Finally, setting targets appears a difficult undertaking given the glory of last season, but Moores explained how goals are calculated and defined from a skills point of view.
